Who we are

What we collect
Only what you choose to send. The contact form asks for your name, email address, current role and a short description of your situation. The scheduler, provided by Calendly, asks for your name and email to book a call. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you booked, and, if you become a client, to run your engagement. Your details are never sold, rented or added to a marketing list without your consent.
Who processes it
- Calendly (scheduling), under Calendly's own privacy terms.
- FormSubmit (relays form submissions to our mailbox).
- Google Fonts (typeface delivery; your browser requests the font files from Google).
- Our email and CRM systems, used to respond to you.
Confidentiality
Most people who contact us are still employed. Nothing you share is disclosed to your employer, to recruiters or to anyone else without your written agreement. Client engagements are governed by a written agreement that sets out confidentiality in full.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing arno@icareersolutions.com. We reply within one business day.
